  • Do I have to be at home?
    Yes, someone adult must be at home during assembly.
  • Do I need to provide tools for the assembly?
    No, you don’t need to provide any tools. I come fully equipped with all the necessary tools to complete the job efficiently and professionally.
  • Can you disassemble furniture as well?
    Yes, I offer disassembly services for moving or storage purposes. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll handle it.
  • What areas do you serve?
    I provide flat-pack assembly services in Burnley and the surrounding areas. Please reach out to us to confirm if your location is within my service range.
  • What types of furniture do you assemble?
    I assemble all types of flat-pack furniture, including wardrobes, beds, tables, desks, chairs, cabinets, and more. Whether it’s from IKEA, Argos, Wayfair, or any other brand.
  • How do I pay?
    Payment is required in full as soon as the work is completed and signed off by you. I accept card payments and cash if that is better for you. A receipt will be send to you via e-mail within 2 working days.
  • Do you guarantee your work?
    Yes. The guarantee is for 12 months. If there are any issues with the assembly, let us know, and we’ll resolve them promptly at no extra cost. Please, note that the guarantee is only for assembly service.
  • How long does it take to assemble furniture?
    The time required depends on the complexity and size of the furniture. Most items take between 30 minutes to 2 hours, but we’ll provide an estimated time when booking.
  • How do I book your services?
    Booking is easy! You can call or message me, send an email, or use our online booking form to schedule a convenient time for your assembly.
